I sleep with a small nightlight on surrounded by my room?


I have since my daughter be little and because my husband goes to bed since me this way I can see my method around.. I'm just wondering if I would capture a better sleep in pitch cloudiness, or does it matter.

I wouldn't sweat it - you'll probably get smaller quantity sleep if you whack your shins or stub your toes on something trying to get into bed in the pitch menacing.

its best to sleep with regularity. regular sleep and wake up times, regular sleep position, regular tempuratures. if you are used to having a nightlight, and you stop using it, you may in fact lose sleep over it for a short period of time. maintain doing what you are used to! :)
