Does anyone have any information in the region of the BCIR? I have researched the websites, however, I would close to to know how it actually works on "valid people". Are there alot of problems? How do you use it surrounded by public? Any information would be great. If anyone is willing to give their email for further questions that would be appreciated. Thanks!
