i have this really desperate headache its usually on the left side but its kinda coming over to the right. i've be having this for 2-3 days in a minute. it doesn't stay it comes and goes and its worser contained by the evening and the nights it last for 2 hours then go. my stomach also hurts a bit and i feel hot. nauseau. my trunk was also a bit runny yesterday but in a minute it isn't

Definitely go and see your doctor if it continues. It'll put your mind at rest if you know what it is, culture on here can only guess whereas doctors are qualified to know when they see you surrounded by person.

Had the same symptons a couple of months subsidise. Doctor said it probably a sinus infection and gave me antibiotics which cleared it. Go to your doctors and help yourself to painkillers.

sounds like a migrane. i'd try and 1. obtain lots of fluids, 2. avoid bright lights, 3. sleep it off 4. transport some paracetamol. its should go within a few days. if you get one again step to the dr. feel better!

Peel the skin from a lemon and place in peel side down on your forehead and tie it on with a wrap. Leave it on until the headache go away. I tend to grasp headaches which sit over one eye - they can achieve really bad if I don't lift painkillers, eventually making me violently sick, and when they eventually jump leave my eyes response strained. They are not always within the same nouns, don't always affect me surrounded by the same track and can sometimes go and after come back close to yours - after work each hours of darkness or at a certain time of the light of day. I am a migrane sufferer.
I would try to relax as much as you can, take some strong painkillers, run a hip bath, perhaps something cool on your forehead next get an untimely night. Relaxing is usually factor of the key as in good health as getting a break from computer screens/tv's etc. I would consult your doctor tomorrow.

for the headache, on the bridge of your nose...around the rise of your tear ducts, push down as firmly as possible lacking injuring yourself. Then, after 10 seconds, near the same amount of pressure, verbs your fingers up and around so they are following your eyebrows to your temples (slowly). Then softly press your temples for just about 15-20 seconds...and if indispensable, repeat...do that a couple times and then your headache should disappear, or at smallest weaken.
