Is my sleep cycle okay? will it affect my health?


i own a tendency to sleep at 2am and get up up at 6am for school but sleep surrounded by the afternoon the next morning (around 3-6pm) and wake up to study again. is it a unnatural sleep cycle and will it affect my health?

If youre getting proper amount of sleep afterwards you should be fine. You will find that you do better in school if you progress to bed a lot sooner than 2 am so youre rested for school at 6 am.
