A really unpromising pain surrounded by my arm?

I put both of my hands on the stool handle and time myself up but on my right arm (the whole of it not the hand or wrist though) it hurts badly i conjecture its something to do with when i shew dad and my step mum this trick where on earth arm is smaller than the other (i pushed my side arm right one onto the wall for 30 seconds and later after shew them i shook then and it did hurt a little) and today when i go to move my arm i couldnt or it would be too much pain and ime of late really scared will this step away? i dont want to go to the doctors because theyre startling, lol i know ime a wimp.

I think you stretched or pulled a ligament. That's the "springs" at respectively ends of a muscle. Very painfull and not easy to treat.
There is some cream off the shelves for that sort of article. Better ask your chemist if you dont want to see a doctor. Good luck.

How are we suppose to know what is wrong near it. I suggest you tell your parents so they can desire. You probably just pulled a muscle or something. I doubt it is anything serious satisfactory to warrant a visit to the doctor. Give it some time and rest. Wrap it up surrounded by an ace bandage if it hurts too much to move.
