My back hurts when I am sitting on a stool?

It usually hurts after I sit for a while... so nothing unsullied... but this couple of days, it is as soon as I am sitting, 1 minute later it hurts!
Instead of man the lower back (I usually hold pain contained by the lower back beside the sitting position) it is the upper back (so painful)

I swim, I bike, I am super busy. but I do have an department job, and I can't stand the sitting position.

Any suggestion most treatment!

Yeah, I thought BenGay be for old folks, but I used it once and it was great. Try sitting in a different position or adjust the chair.

Maybe ask the department supervisor for a new bench if it's bad ample. Ask for something ergonomical and tell her it's interfering next to work. Or ask if there's an extra/different chair somewhere.
