HOw long does it take YOU to trickle asleep?!?

I lay in bed and it take me 45 minutes to an hour and a half every dark!! Ugh.

It depends on what's on my mind when I'm going to bed. Usually I can decline asleep in a movie the boards even if it's Spiderman 3. If I cant sleep after an hour, I drink some calming tea.
