How do i get my hamstring to loosen up? they have other been totally tight.?

Stretching daily is the knob but not all stretches are created equal. I own found that the best stretch to loosen up tight hamstrings to everyday is like this: deceit in a doorway beside one leg up in the heavens leaning against the wall, knees somewhat bent, the other leg lying on the floor in the doorway, then tightening your quad (front thigh muscle) straighten your knees on the leg leaning against the wall and hold for 30 second.
Stretch your hamstrings.
Lie on your rear, keeping the back flat and your eyes focused upward. Grasp the hindmost of one thigh with both your hand and (leg bent) pull that thigh into a 90-degree position vs. the floor. Then slowly straighten your knees. After you’ve gotten used to doing this exercise, you can achieve a better stretch by pulling your thigh closer to your chest—but don’t overdo it!
Stretch, strech, and strech some more.
after you shower, assuming you appropriate hot showers, your muscles are warmed up and are competent to flex a bit more than normal
Make sure, if you workout, to strech at the beginning AND END.
I've other done pilates or yoga when I feel that my Muscles are tender or tight. It might help for you also!
