How long is a doze? To be considered a nap? or how long is a power powernap verses a cat snooze?

Is there a such of article as sleep walking? Is this real or freshly people are so sleepy they regard they're sleep walking because they get up contained by the middle of the night?

All of these are subjective, but generally a power doze is no longer than 1 hour. A nap is a couple of hours.

Yes, sleep walking exists. It's fear-provoking for some and occasionally deadly (walking out in the fatal cold, driving).

Sleeping is what you do at your typically nighttime rest. Napping is what you do at other times.

a doze can be any length as long as you didn't brush your teeth, put on your pj's, and go to bed.
Power nap have more to do next to what you do after you wake up. If you have a feeling energized and vacuum the living room you can call it a power snooze, but not if you just budge check the refridgerator and see whats on tv.
Cat naps are 20 minutes or smaller amount and you can't be fully horizontal.
Yes sleep walking is real sometimes, but most of the time general public were awake but don't remember it surrounded by the morning.

A nap is considered anything you lug during the day (unless you work at dark and sleep during the day).
However, when I nap its no more than an hour. A power nap/cat nap is usually just about 15 min.
Sleepwalking is real and can be severely dangerous! Especially when it is a child that can unlock the door!
