Any suggestions for constant nausea?

I had DeQuervain's tenosynovitis give or take a few 8 years ago and my doctor said that it was cause by repetitive motion or strain. She told me to take 600 mg ibuprofen 3 times a morning for ten days and wear a wrist brace to reduce the inflammation. After that I have to do strengthening exercises daily and consideration activities that might re-inflame the ligament sheath.

Every now and next my wrist will bother me a little and afterwards I'll remember to do my strengthening exercises daily again. If the torment is extreme then it might be best to enjoy the surgery done, but I was pretty contented with the treatment course that my doctor recommended.
