Could arm discomfort be related to alcohol poisoning?

one night after i get drunk my arms started hurting really bad. It be a sharp pain flowing through my vein, it felt close to something was stuck and trying to bring through. It was disastrous and lasted for a long time and later came subsidise over the next few days. Could this be related to alcohol poisoning?

Yes it can be. It would be because the red blood cells going through your vein in your body is pretty much react to the alcohol consumed in them. It may with the sole purpose be in your arm because a small amount of cell effected still or because it only targeted that single area. It will walk away after a couple of weeks. Just try to make sure you chomp through a lot of fruit and protein to nurish those cell.
