Sometimes my neck/ back locks up, and I own seen a chiropracter from time to time. But especially within my neck, if it feel very locked up, i will sometimes move or be doing something, and it 'cracks'. When it does this at hand is extreme relief, and the crick go away. Can someone please explain why, and what's going on?
