go to the doctor im not an expert but it it feel as sore as you say it is later i doubt it will go away unless you consult a doctor.
I know for me, I call for to get up every hour or so. I a moment ago stand up, stretch, maybe waddle around and then sit stern down. I also shake me legs or wiggle my toes moderately often while I'm sitting. This keep the blood flowing. Try a pillow behind your put money on.

Your back torment is due to poor posture and sitting in front of a laptop makes it worse. I don't sit on a stool in front of my laptop but a stool so that I am forced to sit with a straight put a bet on.My advice to you is to try sitting up straight possibly against the sofa and sit on the floor while you do things resembling watching the tv etc. You will find it uncomfortable to inaugurate with but as I said if you enjoy weak postural muscles this will be the shield. Go to see your GP to make sure it is zilch more serious and then start trying to sit up straight and breathing from your belly to some extent than just within your chest which can also cause muscle tightness contained by the back.

i suggest standing up & dong stretches for your back every so habitually while you are at the computer & taking breaks to get up & waddle around to change position.
and, you said it, gain a good stool! if you HAVE to spend that much time at the computer, make it easier on your body.

Firstly improve your posture while working, walking etc. for your affliction do some yoga excersises regularly in the morning which are supportive for back & shoulders & over adjectives stiffness of the body. Also apply Ice pack for 10-15 minutes on the affected nouns, it really works man.I think i broke my toe!!! HELP!!?
Our body is not a domestic device and you can see for yourself what happens if you over do something that is to say not part of spirit. It is high time you changed your duration style. You are young and if you name-calling yourself you will only aggravate your problems and donate also other physical problems such as frozen shoulders, eye problems, hernia, constipation etc. So the only remedy is to at a snail`s pace reduce the number of hours you are sitting further on of your PC. Talk to your seniors and take up other assignments at work place that does not involve working near your PC.Unless you were contained by someother type of trauma that you did not mention, it's unlikely you have something serious to your subsidise from sitting in a chair.

Everyday you need to spend at most minuscule 30-45 minutes on exercise. Apart from that you can go for 20 minutes walking.
For me backache be caused due to tightening of muscles. This happen because of the stress. I think meditation should minister to this problem.
