I got hit within the face next to a paintball near my right eye (with goggles) and immediately when I talk sometimes my right ear rings. Will this walk away over time?

Inner ear infection?

If it doesn't go away after a few days you should see an Otolaryngologist, (eyes, ears, trunk and throat). You may have some guts damage or mark tissue underneath your skin.

Is this normal?

I don't know but I've found when my ear starts to ring a righteous remedy is to open your chin as far as you can and massage the indintation to the fore of your ear flap for about 30 second. It usually stops the ringing. Good luck!
