Constipation lower back anguish?
I think they are related. I don't know what to do!
IT hurts really discouraging. I had only just seen my doctor 2 months ago, she said to drink prune liquid with every lunchtime. I do that and it doesn't work, I told my doctor that a week ago and she said to continue drinking prune liquid.
I don't get it. It really doesn't work.The solitary way i stir is with a laxative.And it still doesn't work fully. I'm tring not to transport laxatives because i don't want to be addicted. I go close to once every 6 or 7 days with a laxitive.
Can someone give support to me? I'm only 17 years outmoded, I don't want to deal near lower back anguish with constipation anymore?

Your problem needs to be address elsewhere instead of treating constipation. attacking constipation is only attacking the symptom. you call for to attack the cause so that you don't suffer again, ever.
Constipation happen because of various things. Try to see if you dive into the categories mentioned below;
1. Untimely eating
2. Eating closely of raw foods
3. Eating foods cooked previous day
4. Eating Cold / cooled foods
5. Eating in a hurry without chewing
6. Lying down soon after eating
7. Talking while eating or watching TV or whatever
8. Drinking like mad of aerated drinks, sodas etc.
9. Eating lots of Junk food, especially made of white flour
Other Habits;
1. Sleeping late
2. Getting out of bed late, lazing contained by bed even though awake
3. Holding on to urine & stools in lieu of some other activity (probably you be / or may be still doing it)
