i recently hurt my paw while wrestling and it has given me alot of niggle for a few days when i clench my fist and work out i wanna know what it could be and save $300 for a xray

Muscles like ropes are made of oodles fibers or strands. If some of the individual fibers that work in combination to make the muscle strong are not relaxing they bulk up in the middle and are stretched shrunken on the ends which results in the appearance of "knots" they are the tender spots. The muscles that effect headache can come from as far away as the lower back and include shoulders, arms, collar and head cause a cascade effect. So a mould (professional if possible) will help.
Arms frequently enjoy knots not purely in the arm (especially upper) but shoulders, backbone, and neck.
