If your shoulder hurts, a LOT, even if you don't move it... what should i do?
my shoulder started hurting a while ago and it won't stop!! I can't even move it... its like there's a golf bubble stuck inside my arm!! What could it be and what should i do?

I had greatly of shoulder pain and it kill me to move it as well. Do you do profoundly of lifting? do you overuse it? Go and have an MRI, I have bone spurs and a rotator cuff tear and bicep slit. bone spurs can go undetected for years and out of nowhere you'll be surrounded by major backache. with rotator cuff tears if you do seriously of heavy lifting you can hole up your shoulder. I'm not a doctor or anything but with adjectives the injuries I get I'm enormously knowledgeable nearly things like this. Your best bet is to capture an MRI to be safe. Don't risk further injury.
