I am an expert contained by bad back and necks. Bad posture will product things worse -- so you will need to work on that. Also, if you spend lots of time on your PC explicitly also bad. You will want to go to a doctor (chiropractor/message therapist/or physical therapist) and achieve some exercises to improve posture. If $$ is not available to you, merely get a book at the bookstore regarding curing backs. Exercise is also essential to hang on to the muscles warm and fluid. Good luck.
if you had desperate posture you might have scoliosis. Its a spine disorder where on earth your spine is crooked. you should get your spine checked out simply in grip, because my friend had to win back surgery because she have it really bad and she said it be a living hell. Just a warning.
