For over a yr. now I've have some chronic pain issues within my shoulder. I've had this for 20+ yrs. It used to hurt lone in the colder months but immediately it hurts everyday. He gave me a shot within my shoulder, of what I don't know. He left a unacceptable bruise and sent me for x-rays. It took over a month because he never filled out the radiology request right.Crying suffering from shoulder, and now a pinched sassiness. He never prescribed anything for pain. I've never have a prescrption med. prob. or any other for that matter. I presently have a small pharmicy of anti-inflams. after research found some to be anti-anxiety pills, which made me timorous and shakey. My new doc hasn't received my files after a request . I go to get them myself and be told he wasnt letting them go. Cant he be fined 4 not forwarding files after 30 days?

First off, you shouldn't lug anything or get a shot of something if you don't know what it is. Also, a pinched rudeness cannot be fixed by a primary care doctor, and is usually something to be exact treated symptomatically anyway. That said, you absolutely hold a right to your medical records. There are alot of HIPPA law now that require extensive broadsheet work to have your files transferred to another bureau. Have you signed these papers? I would talk to your different doctor or the head administrator of the organization at your old doctor almost getting those files. Persistance works, but keep contained by mind that attitude doesn't.

Have you considered alternative medicine? Doctors who don't use drugs or surgery. No offense, but this household physician of yours sounds like a quack to me. A lot of conventional doctors are corrupt. (not adjectives of them) They just write you a characters for some possibly dangerous medication which doesn't cure or solve the actual problem. All it does is catch rid of the symptom and usually ends up causing more problems surrounded by the long run. Sometimes they prescribe you an addictive narcotic that is even worse than the symptom itself!

I inspire you to speak with a licensed physician who doesn't use precarious drugs or surgery. Find a doctor who actually take the time to listen to your questions and finds the route produce of your symptoms. If a doctor immediately take out his prescription pad from his pocket short asking you any questions in the region of your ailments, get out of here!
