I get hit in the chest, right contained by the middle of the chest...?

a friend of mine hit me in the middle of the chest... it hurted as expected, when i got home i close to pushed it a little (the spot where on earth he hitted me) and i heard approaching a crack...it doesnt hurt that much... only when i push it it hurts...i can breath economically and everything, when i try to do an abdominal it hurts... i dont want to go do the doc bring i dont want to waste money... is it serious?

economically it sounds serious you really should go to the doctors if you hear a crack in your chest!and if it hurts to push or do abdominals next dont do it you might make it worse and become tremendously serious just shift to the doctors just surrounded by case somethings wrong i could be chipped but newly go itll be worth it
