Is it true that if you put a certain genus of tape (hospital tape) on a bruise it will alleviate faster?
I bruise easily and hear this from a physical therapist.

Bruise is cause by broken blood vessels and blood leak out. Tapes will do nothing to facilitate your body absorb the blood clot in attendance.
Putting heating wad will help more.
