What is causing the returning numbness & dull backache in gone index finger ?

Twice in the last month or so I hold felt a dull cramp in my moved out index finger. It feels approaching a mild sprain. Last time it lasted for going on for two days and this time I'm just 12 hours into the sensation and not sure how long it will end.

My mom has arthrisis discomfort in hand & feet but did not acquire this until she was 54 years old-fashioned. I'm 34.

I do spend a lot of time within front of a computer. I'm right handed and alternate between vanished and right hand-mousing.

Do my symptoms match precipitate signs of arthrisis, or carpal tunnel syndrome ? Or something else ?

Have you ever heard of OOS? It stands for Occuptional Overuse Syndrome. It used to be specified as RSI - Repititive Strain Injury. Some of the symptoms are numbness, tingling and pain. Your best solution is to drop by your doctor to get a proper diagnosis and if it is this - physiotherapy can aid relieve the symptoms and you will be taught exercises to do paperwork it.

Crutches or not?

I enjoy the same item, it is short term Carple tunnel .
You can draw from it from just holding the tv remote while watching, you dont even enjoy to be using something but holding it , the pressure in your fingers makes it grain like arthritus for a total day sometimes.

there are a lot of things it could be. you should budge to ur Doctor. my hand keeped on fallin asleep when i be sleeping and i ended up going to the chiropractor and very soon it doesn't fall asleep within less i lay on it. adjectives ur nerves are in ur subsidise so theres a possibility.
