It doesnt really hurt, it just feel as if it is about to cramp up, or it is cramped up, but near is no pain, it basically feels strange.
I am not on any medication other than vitamins.

It hurts and my mom doesnt believe me :( :( i'm 13?
First question, enjoy you had a big bruise or hold you been hit contained by your quad (thigh) muscle? After severe bruises you can get a myositis ossifican develop (slang occupancy is calcium deposit). If you have have one develop, it can give you problems.
It is probably a muscle strain. Quad strains are frustrating because since the muscle group is so powerful it is confident to keep aggravating it.
Avoid exercise that bring pain. Ice, stretching should support. Use an ice sack for 20-30 minutes 3 or 4 times per day.
Now you referred to vitamins, but are you on creatine or other protein supplements? Creatine make muscle injuries more common and harder to alleviate.
If you are practicing football now, work as competent, but continue to treat.
