Weird thing next to my eye?

the bottom lid onmy left eye have been twitching outlandishly today.

i really dont know whats wrong with it

in recent times randomly twitching.

the top lid is fine.

but what do i do to attain it to stop twitching?

I use to bring this quote a lot. It is usually cause by anxiety of some sort and goes away on its own surrounded by a day or two. It is really annoying but more noticable to you afterwards others. As far as I know there is nought that gets rid of it. I've tried rime, heat etc. It newly sort of stops as quickly as it starts but it could travel on for a few days more.

I'm having alot of trouble sleeping this summer, I freshly can't fall asleep untill severely late at dark!?

try an ice pack for a few minutes...consequently apply a fairly hot compress for a few minutes..next cold again.this helped mine..I know it drives you nuts doesnt it ?

I've had that past, and lots of people I know hold had it. It is any anxiety or allergies. Don't worry, it should run away on its own.
