Sure Epsom salt will be okay, but for a dog bite, if it's still not healed, I'd travel to the drugstore and get some betadine (povodone iodine). Mix this 50/50 next to peroxide and clean the wound. The betadine kill about 90-95% of germs on contact. Peroxide alone is not really honourable for anything but getting fresh blood stains out. Clean it good a couple times a daytime. Also some neosporin ointment to preserve it germ free after the cleaning.

ways to make a shot not hurt as much?

Yes you can kindly use Epsom salt on your obverse but make sure you don't carry it into you eyes. This could cause some serious pull. After that put peroxide on your cuts. This will help to boil out the poison and verbs the wounds. If you wanted you could basically use the peroxide instead of the Epsom salt. It would do basically as good of living and would not burn as much.

Have you ever got your foot stomped on by a girl wearing dignified heels?

You can if you're careful but why? The epsom salt won't make it touch better and with cuts could accomplishment as an irritant. Epsom salts are intended to give support to muscle aches, verbs skin, foot soaks and as a laxative. I see no purpose in washing your facade with it.
