Medical Laws?

I've been have problems w/ my now X-doctor. I go to him for 3yrs.For 20+ yrs. I've had issues w/ my shoulder. It used to hurt individual in the colder months but in a minute its chronic pain. He give me a shot in my shoulder, of what I don't know. He not here a terrible bruise and sent me for x-rays. It took over a month because he never full up out the radiology request right.Crying in pain from shoulder, and very soon a pinched nerve, never prescribed anything for twinge. I've never had a prescrption med. prob. or any other for that situation. I have a small pharmacy of anti-inflams. after research found some to be anti-anxiety pills,which made me a wreck. My unsullied doc hasn't received my files after a request . went to capture them myself and was told he wasnt letting them walk. Cant he be fined 4 not forwarding files after 30 days?He also told me my xrays came rear legs "FINE".I saw them and there is a possible rotator cuff injury and dejenerative integrated disease in my fund. Is this negligence? He's been within court b4 4 this

Well if he is horrible and you can sue him do it, it dosent nouns like hes doing his opportunity and being stagnant. Go find an ORTHOPEDIC doctor that specilizes in SHOULDERS! Go see him/her and they will provide better care next he is. They also do surgery in a hospitol or sometimes within a smaller medical clinic. The new doctor will probably any have an x-ray or mri done and he will determine the armour. You should tell him everything that have happened beside your shoulder and he/she will be able to fix it. And see if you can sue the crappy doctor.

How to relieve soreness?

as far as negligence goes its tough to prove and later ...well whats your damages ? this exotic dr said POSSIBLE ROTATOR CUFF injury.which in the eyes of the law technique mabey mabey not.what if you dont improve beside surgery ? with the bright dr get an mri of your spine and shoulder and obtain your life put money on.figure out a solution to your condition consequently worry just about sueing.if that is an leeway.see if you can get a mal practice legal representative that will work on a contingency usually 1/3 of the settlement.have him distribute your x Dr a letter requesting medical chronicles.in the have it in mind time document every thing that have happend with times and date.first and formost get the medical attention you need
as crazy as it sounds your better sour with a disc issue and doing spine surgery than haveing shoulder surgery.i have both.
