I'm afraid to work out again because of this stomach-ache? please read!?
well, i did track in the spring and i'm pretty sure i pulled a muscle in my chest. my doctor didn't give the impression of being to think a great deal of it and just said to rest it. it definately bothered me for a while. i bowl, but out of the complete summer, it's only bothered me once while bowling. but when i run or stretch, its hurts still. i wanna budge back to spring in september, but i'm not sure if i should because i'm afraid of what's cause this pain that narrowly happens, but does hurt when i'm lifting/stretching/running and i'm afraid its a heart problem. i'm 15 by the channel.

If it individual happens while you are stretching, lifting, or running, after it's not likely to be a heart condition. If it be, the pain would verbs after you stopped and you would have other symptoms resembling nausea or sweating really badly. I can't recount exactly where the strain is, but heart attacks usually don't cause dull pain where the heart is. They basis pain down the arms, up into the jowl, or through to the back.
You might try wrapping your chest in an Ace cold compress before exercising and see if that help.
Problem is, a torn muscle or ligament in the ribcage can purloin a long time to heal, and at hand is very little they can do just about it. If it's only be a few months, I'd wait a couple of more and try again.
