Terrible sunburn??

OK so I took my sis and nephew to the beach the other light of day..i had spf 20 sunscreen on my facade, but didnt think more or less chest shoulders back..usually my facade will get badly sunburnt...

I'm in torment now..best treatment??

Get pure aloe vera grease (always keep some of this surrounded by the house) and get a household member to save applying it. (every hour if possibe!)

Inside of Nose feel really dry??

You can go to the store and pick up a bottle of sunburn gel which would cool the skin down and sustain you handle it for a bit until the aching goes away. It will whip awhile for your skin to heal though. Next time be sure to remember to put sunscreen everywhere that the sun will hit so that you wont return with sunburn again.

NO SMOKING - Trying to quit, any suggestions?

1. aloe vera gel. sounds funny but it works.

2. solarcaine (should be greenish) OTC (over the counter) burn cream/pain reliever. this would be your best bet in the past going to number three.

3. if it's bad satisfactory, get some Silvadene. it's a perscription burn creme that works wonders. gotta go to the doctor's organization to get it though!

The old remedy of using apple-cider vinegar really works. It may sting at first but consequently it stops the burn from hurting. You can also take lay surrounded by a lukewarm bath to abet take the grill from it.

Try taking a vinegar bath. That will usually build the sunburn go contained by a little.

how do you know if you own a spider bite?

Use vinegar. Sunblock won't prevent sunburn 100% so stay out of the sun subsequent time.

1.) Ibuprofen

2.) put Vinegar on the sunburn using cotton ball for the pain

3.) body butter. Burts Bee's body butter works very capably. Can be found at a whole foods store

4.) sleep

try asprinfor the pain. Sunburn is an inflammatory response of the skin. Asprin fixes the headache. Use lots of lotion to prevent peeling.
