ok well i cracked my collar yesterday && i felt a sharp distress down to my leg, it was wierd && since afterwards i cant move my neck side to side, i can move it up && down though...&& it is making my facade twitch in places && my cranium will like engineer a motion like im shaking my organizer no a lil bit.it hurts so bad && i took a reheat bath buh it didnt back, it hurts worse today. I called my mom && told her [shes surrounded by lousiana visiting family connections till aug. && im home with my younger sister whos 15..im 17] she think i pinched a nerve or soemthing, buh i dont know what to do. approaching should i go to the docters? i dont know how though cuz my step dad works everyday 7am to 9 pm [hes a marine] so yea... it is giving me the most horrible headache too.. ahh any tricks to cause it stop hurting? :(

Ice..put ice on it not warmth. it will calm down the inflammation hopefully adequate for you to get it subsidise in place..give somebody a lift ibropropen at least 400 mil to calm down down the muscles holding the bones...it is aweful to crack your neck basically because of things like this...once you capture the ibropropen and ice keep hold of it on for as long as you can and then kindly roll your head around within both directions to see if it will pop back within, if not dont travel to a doctor...they dont know how to handle this...move about to a chiropracter who will realiegn your neck for you...it sounds similar to you dislocated a vertabre.the ice will aid alot to sooth the pain, I rob a towel and put crushed ice within a plastic bag and put it on the towel on my nouns so it isnt painful, showery the towel which will transfer the cold better...Ive be thru three neck injuries...so this is not unfamilar to me at adjectives...if you have a vibrator after you soak the décolletage and take the ibroprophen, it will comfort to loosen the neck up...and quit popping your décolletage..you should never force your neck to pop...and very soon you see why...hope it helps

the best advise i can hand over you when you are dealing with the nerves surrounded by your neck is to yea see a doctor as soon as possible...the best covering scenario you probably pulled a muscle the worst case you own some nerve wreckage and when it comes to nerve destroy my neurosurgeon told me that it is irreplaceable no surgery can repair damaged nerves...hopefully your doctor can crack your subsidise and stop some of the twitching but i would defiantly recommend your doctor doing it not one of your friends...otherwise if your anguished now use ibuprofen or Tylenol until you can carry into the doctors...also a little warmth wouldn't hurt...
