My stomach have a throbbing in it,And I feel sick after I drink.?

I have fruitless stomach problems,Everytime I eat,I discern sick,I can't use the bathroom for about four or five days,consequently I can't stop going to the bathroom,my back have a constant pain within it and my stomach also? any clue to what might be going on?
