I've been have really bad pains in the sides of my stomach (u kno similar to the ones u get after running) but i dont chew over its beacause of running bcuz i dont run can someone help me please???

This could be serious.You could have be have a appendicites attack and if so they can burst .You need to travel to the Dr or ER if these pains are consistent for hrs.It is better to be safe than sorry
