Vein Pain In moved out arm?

My mom has frequent artery pains on her left arm implicit the wrist.
And just lately it the pain have moved to her upper left chest nouns. But this happens resembling 3-4 times.
The doctor has be no help, because he said that it is nought serious.

Is she sure the pain is from a capillary? I don't believe veins enjoy any nerve ending, therefore cannot produce any stomach-ache. Could she be having brass neck problems? Look under audacity problems on Web MD or another site. Hope it helps.
