No you can't push it vertebrae in, what are you thinking? lol
You could really rip the muscle and and trademark things much worse. When mine was moderately new, I have just have back surgery so it be hard for me to take up, my hernia would push in and out and it cause it to mushroom, which means that my intestines where on earth actually lay on top of my stomach wall, extremely dangerous. And approaching you I wasn't able to enjoy the surgery for a few months so then I have to be extremely careful.
So don't wreak yourself any more problems then you already enjoy, try to leave it alone.
