Lost superlative eyesight due to computer use?

I used to be able to read from far distance. After sitting in my cubicle for 2 years using my computer to do most of my work, i enjoy lost some eyesight. If i stop using the computer, would i be able to regain my faultless vision?? I'm merely 23 and work out at least 4x per week...i dont know if that will abet.thanksss

I am in indistinguishable boat with you .. and i will explain to you that i had one and the same thing crop up and i am 24 yrs old. I be thinking it was my comp also. SO what i did be take a break from the comp peak every 30 minutes.. get up and stir outside, make a cup of tea, ect.. of late dont sit there for hours wihtout a break.. I would also walk to optomotrist to see what other options you enjoy. GOOD LUCK
