Fake medicine?

Can you really know if the medicine you bought contained by the pharmacy is fake? How would you know if it is? Are at hand certain things on the label, pills, etc that would show if its fake or not?

I would trust a pharmacy for any pills.They would have supplier's that buy from dub brand and well know companies. How ever the massive companies still have problems [Vioxx] for example. Pills are flawed to identify them -size,shape,colour and numbers or letters stamped on them. The fake are from some illegal those operation and sold on the street or buy the hand full,or try this I get them from a friend.
