Stomach tenderness?

i have have this pain by my belly button to the right its be there for 1 month the doctors said it be a urine infection and gave me antibiotics but the cramp goes a bit worse. yesterday dark it wne really bad and i feel like i kept on need to go to the loo for a bowel. give support to and i also feel sick
