After 4 weeks of nursing a sprained ankle.?

run your shower really hot... then step within... the switch it to really cold!
or, go swiming. in a chilly tarn if possible.
or an achtivity i.e. entrancing, like playing a videogame, or reading a great book.
also, try callign friends. take a friend to spend a few hours with you, keepign you up, and after when they must go, achieve another friend!
also... try this, but becareful not to fall alseep! here we step: lay down for 5-10 minutes and relax. clear your mind. focus on relaxing your muscels one at a time... for this entire 10 minutes, jsut think "release the stiffness in my moved out leg. release the tention in my right leg..." close to that, ok? don't think "stay awake!" or "i've get to go to work on 8 hours..." or anythign else, alright? after 10 minutes, you'll have a feeling liek you jsut took a 3 hour nap, i promise!

a few tips that work for others, but not me... drink cold cold cold milk, put on vick's vapo rub, chew breath mints, tlak on the phone.

apt luck!
