Non prescription drug for sprained ankle?

hello, Im a visitor within the US and yesterday I sprained my ankle while running. It wasnt that bad, I could put your foot even with high-ranking heels. Got to the hotel like 3 hrs subsequently and put lots of ice contained by a towel. It still hurts when I try to make circles or verbs it to the sides, it's not swollen or bruised but it feels really stiff. Since I dont enjoy insurance here I dont want to see a doctor. Is there a non presciption medice bar advil/aleve that can help me next to this? Thank you
