I have a child near special needs and he be denied SSI benefits due to our income. The problem is, we don't make alot of money and because of doctor bills...we are working resembling dogs to keep up. I be told to appeal. Does anyone know some tricks to get a better and more accurate review of my sons financial desires to qualify?

you need to own an attorney. find one that only charges a duty if you win the appeal. you have to go underwater through a multitude of hoops. without an attorney, you don't stand much of a opening. my daughter just won her appeal after three years. tried to self appeal and be denied, then get a lawyer.
