What happen to my ankle?
I had volleyball tryouts for the 2nd hours of daylight and when I got home my ankle started hurting. It hurts when I put your foot when I run, and when I move it around. It also hurts when I stand. What doyou think might be wrong and what can I do for it, I enjoy tryouts again tonight too.

Is it swollen or red? If swollen, use ice on it for awhile, max one hour at a tme and only just rest.
No swelling, then use a roast pad.
Strongly recommend no more tryouts til you've talk to a doctor, you could make the injurty ten times worse.

i think you should give somebody a lift a trip to the doctor before tonights try outs!If you hold seriously hurt something then you might clear it worse by going to the tryouts again.

it may be sprained i would not do your tryouts 2night as u may make it worse jump to the doctorsI keep getting pains in my upper right posterior and sometimes chest?
Better not to do any exercise now, drop by your doctor asap and do an x-ray if possible.Take fastidiousness!

i think you might enjoy a bone out of alignment. i had a similar article to my ankle/foot. What helped me be to wrap my foot in a towel and thoughtfully rotate my ankle in adjectives different angles hoping to hear a 'knuckle cracking' sound. Another possiblity is it adjectives in your lead. The mind can sometimes play tricksI would say rest it , if the ankle is swollen ,using it will breed it worse. If you have to use it tonight for godsake put some strapping on it. IF it is a sprain you to rest it till the bruising comes out.
your college may have an athletic trainer. If so travel ask them to take a look at it!! They can serve you determine if you sprained it or maybe the muscles that support it are a moment or two weak. An ankle brace or getting it tape might help--Good Luck!!

I think you should wear an ankle support. THat's what most athletes do near ankle problems, that's what I had to do for a while. What I did be every night since i went ot bed I put on Haldi. Haldi is and an feeble Indian cure for mucsle sores pains or swelling. To make haldi procure a spoon of tumeric powder,mustard oil ,flour ,and some wet. Also you need a frying container and a medium sized spoon. Mix adjectives the ingriedients together in the frying pan on the stove and set it to elevated heat. Mash or mix the haldi thill it turns into a doughy substance. Then when explicitly done take out the desired amount and bring something like an ace ice pack and let it cool till it's hot but not too hot. Wrap the haldi an a napkin and put it on the spot where on earth it hurts wrap the ace badage around it and get a big sock to cover it up. Then you should walk to bed. When you wake up and pocket it off it'll probably be pale but that's normal. Keep doing this till it doens;t hurt anymore and if you regard as you've been doing it forever later go see a doctor but I dont suggest you should have to. Also while your ankle still hurts I would not stir to the volleyball tryouts, which i know will suck but you should do it to rest your ankle.
