In califronia its only 12:18 AM but im doing an adjectives nighter with my friend. Try reading a book or monitor Tv until you get tired. That shouldwork.

You have probally slept to much a short time ago stay on the computer or read a book something that would make your eyes tired you will soon gain to sleep.. also try going to bed with musicListen to music, listen to talback radio, listen to comedy tape (it relaxes you)...

I live in Fl. It's 3:13am. You probably can't sleep cuz your mind is set on something or someone.It could also expect that your to warm to plummet asleep.I have that problem. I enjoy to sleepin the cold. Could be cuz I am from NY. IDK. Hope all go well...Also,if you get through 2 hours before you turn to sleep that also keeps you awake as resourcefully. I hate that.
Reading a book will def give support to you fall asleep, and don't leave your job the tv on. Your brain is still awake when you sleep but when the tv is on your brain gets helpful. That's why sometimes you dream what you watched on tv the minute earlier.
