Could it affect my health?

everyday at work, it is *freezing*. it's 90 degree's outside, but inside im wrapped up in sweater's and drinking hot tea to save warm. im at a desk, so i cant move around alot, and my fingers turn blue beneath my nails sometimes too!.. i decision i was over exaggerating. most associates have space heaters and blankets at their desks, but i cant find a space heater in summer at the stores... is this desperate for my health? will i capture sick more often?

Medically it is bacteria and virus' that get you sick. Although temperature extremes can cause stress that will lower your immune system.
I understand roughly being cold. Is at hand anyway that you can speak to a boss about how cold it is. It is crazy to estimate of all the money that is to say being spent to cool your work and nation are using electricity to power heaters also.
Why not dress in layers, try purchasing something call "Cuddle duds" or the generic equivalent. These are soft warm beneath garments that help hold the steam in. Somewhat similar to long underwear but not the hard waffle weave of yester year. They enjoy v-neck tanks, crop pant, and you could remove them before going vertebrae outside. Layers will help retain boil, but if you get to hot, they can be removed. You could approach it next to saving your company money, if they turned up the thermostat they would compensate a lower electric bill. Hope I have help you.

You may draw from sick more often. Extreme weather change take a toll on the body. I'm sure you get the impression it when you go from hot to freezing and pay for to hot everyday. There's no way to conveyance the temperature within your office? If everyone is freezing, after surely something can be done. . .
