Why do I always be aware of sleepy and do not feel approaching getting out of bed even after I have slept for going on for 8 hours?

i don't know what the hell it is but i have matching problem and hate it. but i usually approaching to get at least possible 10 hrs of sleep a night but if i do im drowsy the unbroken next afternoon. just do what i do and sleep for no more than give or take a few 5hrs when you have to do somethin close to go to work later catch up on sleep on the weekends.More Questions & Answers...
