Hip replacement surgery NY?

my dad has Avascular necrosis and requirements to get a hip replacement and i be wondering how much do you think its gonna cost or if anyone know b/c he was hurt at work but works comp wont repay so his regular insurance might cover it.. and he needs to be alsleep during the surgery and i live in NY if that make any difference so if someone can please help me that be great and i would appreciate it exceptionally much.
