I bumped my toe while I was going up the stairs a while ago, and at first it be darkish red like it be bleeding but then it turned into this black spot and its resembling a lump or a bump (note: it didnt bleed) what is it? and how do I get rid of it? and its bleeding right now

when u touch that black spot when u grain pain otherwise not.
a short time ago do nothing it may easily remove after 1 or 2 week and pain also finished intrinsically.
