I've had a warmness stroke.are there any specified help tips for rebuilding anything damage have occured?

try to stay away from the sun during 11:00a.m.-4:00p.m. that's when the sun is at its hottest also drink lots of hose down with rime it helps your body temperture still within check wear sunblock,a hat, and sunglasses and don't wear immense clothing also treat your-self to a refreshing ice cream if you verbs about your counterbalance have a low stout one instead! hope that helped

You haven't have a heat stroke, but it sounds close to you have fry exhaustion. Obviously, the best entry to do is keep out of the grill. If you must be in it, the subsequent best thing is to stay okay hydrated. Gatorade or another drink containing electrolytes is the best thing to drink- NO sodas or alcoholic drinks!
