Get some type of hard candy. Park it beneath your tongue sometimes. It's hard to bite your jaws with candy within your mouth. Keep some lip gloss or guy stick in your pocket. every time your want to bite them use the lip add footnotes to instead. I love Burt's Bees lip balm. It smells so sweet and it works great. I used to have a bleak habit biting my orifice too. Just work hard at finding something else to do.
