i sprained my wrist 3 years ago and when i bend my wrist my bone sticks up. What could be wrong?
Going to a doctor and getting a cortisone shot is a temporary fix. In the long run it could mess you up more possibly though.Physical thearpy would be the standard of care, depending on how sizeable is the tear. A physical psychotherapist would perform an assessment as to your specific requests and tailor a program for you.
My dad socked me in the antenna...?
If it is torn, surgery and 6 months will fix it right up.Check with an orthopedic surgeon.

There is a tiny hole in my foot?
My daughter had this problem too. We took her to a neurologist who checked this out. She be given cortisone shot and then referred to and orthopedic surgeon. He said it wasn't bleak enough for surgery and prescribed dream therapy. It worked, but on occasion beside heavy lifting and excessive use it does own some pain.
First of adjectives, "injured rotator cuff" can have copious meanings. I lug it we are talking nearly a strain or tendonitis type injury. A full-thickness tear will simply heal near surgical help. A full hole is rare contained by a young human being unless due to trauma. (Or major league baseball pitching!)
It may be as simple as rest, avoiding overhead activites, and strengthening near very muted weights. Look up "rotator cuff exercises" on the web. A simple program of scaption & rotation exercises near rubber bands (internal & external) may due the trick. Ice for soreness or steam for stiffness.
