Try not to think just about them. Exercise. Also, put something warm on your stomach. I presume that's what people do.

Can a dislocated/ (can that occur?)fractured rib be healed?

I inform you I get existing bad ones. Walking help the flow therefore the cramps are not as severe. Decaf tea and Advil Gel Caps, I hold 2 before I move about to bed and I get up much better surrounded by the morning.

midol, motrin, pamprin, ibueprofin, anything like that...
run a heating wipe and put it on your stomach and lay down,
take a hot bath
stay away from caffein and sugar, they can trademark them worse...

Midol, Pamprin, or 800 mg of ibuprophen. A heat pad will back with the strain. BUT, the anti-inflammatory is really the best with the distress issue. Take care & devout luck!
