What is the best method of getting my feet to stop throbbing after a 10 hour time of work?


I work at a construction site cleaning up debris and by the expire of the day my foot, legs, back, everything hurts so fruitless. The only point is that i have to be in motion home and cook dinner and get my son in place for bed and clean the house. After i am done i would similar to to just relax and win the throbbing to go away. How would you do that, the fastest and most successful way.

I promise this will work. Take your shoes and socks stale. Take a ice cold soda or beer surrounded by a can, place it on the floor and roll the can with yoru out in the open feet. It will receive your feet stop tender for sure.

well after you've done everything you entail to do, just getting sour your feet would relieve...sometimes taking a warm hip bath or shower could help too...

the best thing would be to face up to the problem right at its source. Try getting a better shoe. If you work at a construction site, ask others what types of shoes/boots they are wearing and if ther notice any pains.
If that doesnt work than try soaking yourself in thaw out water, or wrapping a heat pad around them for a while.

This is primarily an issue of circulation. But in the first place, if you haven't already, I might suggest that you invest in some gel-soles or heel cups (good ones.. they'll probably run you $5 to $10 per, but ably worth it, I'm told) ...make sure to procure really squishy ones - despite that they're "supports" ..it's better to get high-deflection ones, as they're better 'shock absorbers' than the stiffer ones. That said, it's probably better to stir with the slightly more expensive brand, over the store-brand/generic. That hopefully will serve with not simply the feet, but to some extent, the put money on and all the rest. Bending down adjectives day doesn't give support to, though, and that's a different issue.

Secondly, as far as actually taking some time next to this to cool down, do things that are good for your circulation. Standing, or mortal on your feet is not one of them =p ...preferably lay down near your legs raised above the rank of your heart - this will reduce gravity's fitness to "help" blood pool to your feet, which should shrink the throbbing. Keep well-hydrated. Take a warm shower or tub tub if possible. If it's really scratchy or severe, take an ibuprofen if you can. Try not to take home a habit of it, especially on an forsaken stomach, but among other things, it's pain nouns and a slight blood thinner. This should also help to relieve some of the throbbing, even if it isn't what you would typically consider "pain." And sleep as much as you can.


Short performance - lay down, feet elevated above the height of the heart (lay down on a bed, put two pillows beneath your feet) ..consider investing in gel-soles/heel cups, or better-fitting shoes (feel free to ask for help surrounded by the store) if you think it's obligatory.

I own one of those foot soaks that also message the feet next to vibration. My husband bought one for me one Christmas. I thought, what a stupid grant, but now it's one of my favorites. I'm a nurse and I used to work 12hr shifts. Some days my foot would feel so horrible by the ruin of the shift that I felt approaching crying. I'd call by husband back I left work, and he'd enjoy it all set up for me.
